If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. This helps us resolve things quickly while everything is still fresh and accounted for.

We want you to love your buddy.

Every piece we make is created with care, and we genuinely want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Back at the hospital, we asked about donating them to other kids receiving care there. The response was immediate. They were a big hit with patients, parents, and even hospital staff. That moment stuck with us. Since then, we’ve decided to use these buddies for something bigger: helping support Brooklyn’s post-accident recuperation and rehabilitation while also creating a way to give back to other families facing difficult hospital stays of their own.

🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • We’ll replace it at no cost

  • We’ll rush your replacement as quickly as possible

  • No return required in most cases (we may ask for a photo)

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange an item:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Returns must be sent back before a refund is issued

Once we receive your return and inspect it:

  • We’ll issue a full refund, or

  • Process your exchange

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

    • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Because our items are 3D printed and often handled/assembled by hand:

    • Used or damaged items (not due to our error) may not be eligible for a refund
