Buddy pages
Buddy character pages do not require accounts, names, or personal information. They are shared pages for each character, not profiles of individual children. We do not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics on these pages.
Contact and hospital inquiries
Forms are intended for adults and hospital teams. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message, and any organization you provide. We use this information to respond and coordinate the conversation. Please do not include patient names, medical information, or other sensitive details.
Inquiries are sent to the project’s email inbox. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the site and deliver messages. We do not sell contact details or add form submissions to a marketing list.
Technical information
The website and hosting provider may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs for operation and security. A temporary, non-readable identifier helps limit repeated form submissions. WordPress uses cookies for site administrators when they log in. Public buddy pages do not require a login.
Donations
When online donations open, payments will take place on PayPal’s website. PayPal will process payment details under its own privacy notice. This website will not collect card or bank information.
Questions or requests
Contact us if you have a question about information you shared, or want to request a correction or deletion. We may need to retain information where required for recordkeeping or to respond to an ongoing inquiry.
